The void of reminiscence engulfs this existence
Into a past reeking with memories…
A flood of thoughts, of memories futile -
Bleeding regrets, yet draped in momentary rejoice
Of deeds done in the hope of designing a distant future.
The future - A harvest of delirious seeds
Sowed in this frailty of being,
Falling deep in the abyss of unknown perceptions.

A being of presence - now exhumed in fathoms
Of this reminiscent lapse;
In rumination, perennial truths reveal.
Haunting in the light of its transcendent void,
Breeding knowledge from beyond this existence.
From those years bygone in the dust of time,
In seeking the mirage of hope
For what the heart desires,
Midst the bleak of this wilderness called life!

Hope - I knew solely by her name,
Aurora – my abode of being;
Wherein wandered desires of eternal belongingness,
Desires for a distant Utopia…

I walk into the night of hopeless aeon;
The Haunting of this tune, her symphony dawns.
Fallen thoughts take me far beyond,
From where the marrow of this vanity spawns.
